# Build a creator campaign budget

Turn a working budget and goal into a tier mix with candidate creators.

## Before you begin

1. Check whether the Creatorland MCP tools and the companion skills this playbook uses are already available. If they are, do not reinstall them.
2. If the Creatorland MCP is not connected, send the user to https://mcp.creatorland.com/skills and help them connect it in their current AI client.
3. If the client supports the Creatorland skills plugin but a skill is missing, install the current Creatorland skills package using the method that client supports. Do not assume every client supports `/plugin` commands.
4. Confirm Creatorland authentication before any paid tool call. The first tool call may open a one-time OAuth sign-in.
5. If the client cannot install companion skills or store local files, run the workflow directly with the available MCP tools and keep preferences in-session.

## What to ask for

- Total budget and the campaign goal.
- Vertical and any must-have platforms or geographies.
- **What the budget includes** — confirm before allocating: creator fees only, production, usage rights and amplification, agency or management fees, travel or events, contingency.

## Run this workflow

1. Confirm the budget definition above. Do not present a precise creator allocation until it is clear which costs are in scope.
2. Run `budget-allocator` to split the creator-fee portion into a tier mix (for example macro / mid / micro) using real rate bands per tier.
3. Attach named candidate creators to each slot.

## Deliverable

A budget plan: the tier split, the rate band behind each tier, and candidate creators per slot, with a note on which cost categories the plan does and does not cover.

## If the budget scope is unclear

Give a range and state the assumption rather than a false-precision single number.
