# Find creators and launch outreach

Build a shortlist, preview the campaign, approve the spend, and begin Creatorland outreach. **Requires Pro.**

## Before you begin

1. Check whether the Creatorland MCP tools and the companion skills this playbook uses are already available. If they are, do not reinstall them.
2. If the Creatorland MCP is not connected, send the user to https://mcp.creatorland.com/console and help them connect it in their current AI client.
3. If the client supports the Creatorland skills plugin but a skill is missing, install the current Creatorland skills package using the method that client supports. Do not assume every client supports `/plugin` commands.
4. Confirm Creatorland authentication before any paid tool call. The first tool call may open a one-time OAuth sign-in.
5. If the client cannot install companion skills or store local files, run the workflow directly with the available MCP tools and keep preferences in-session.

## Compatibility and plan

- Outreach requires **Pro** (`creator_connections`). Reaching a creator costs credits (currently 10 per creator).
- A mandatory campaign preview must be shown and approved before anything sends.

## What to ask for

- Targeting: a lookalike seed creator or explicit criteria (niche, geo, tier, platform).
- The offer and who it is on behalf of, plus any exclusions.
- Competitor brands to screen.

## Run this workflow — one path only

Use exactly one sending path. Do not combine `conflict-safe-connect` and `cast-and-connect` when both can initiate outreach.

1. **Shortlist** — build it with `lookalike-ladder` (from a seed) or `brief-to-shortlist` (from criteria).
2. **Conflict check** — screen against the named competitors.
3. **Suppression check** — remove anyone opted out or already in an active sequence for this brand.
4. **Campaign preview** — show, and require approval of: campaign type and audience, the selected creators, the message or template, the sequence behavior, suppressions and conflicts, and the estimated credit cost.
5. **Explicit approval** — never infer it.
6. **Send** — one outreach request per approved creator.

## Deliverable

The lead list plus a "Reached" section with a status per creator. Outcomes are the creator's — never a promised yes.

## Safety rules

Never send based on inferred approval. If the preview cannot be shown in the current client, stop and explain what is missing. Do not initiate outreach.
