# Identify emails for a list of creators by Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Handle

Check a list of creator handles for an available business email, see the cost before anything is spent, then retrieve the emails in one approved step.

## Before you begin

1. Check whether the Creatorland MCP tools and the companion skills this playbook uses are already available. If they are, do not reinstall them.
2. If the Creatorland MCP is not connected, send the user to https://mcp.creatorland.com/skills and help them connect it in their current AI client.
3. If the client supports the Creatorland skills plugin but a skill is missing, install the current Creatorland skills package using the method that client supports. Do not assume every client supports `/plugin` commands.
4. Confirm Creatorland authentication before any paid tool call. The first tool call may open a one-time OAuth sign-in.
5. If the client cannot install companion skills or store local files, run the workflow directly with the available MCP tools and keep preferences in-session.

## Compatibility and plan

- Email lookup uses `get_creator_email` and requires a **Starter or Pro** plan. It is not available on Free.
- The first call is a free check: it reports which handles have an email on file and the maximum cost to retrieve the rest. Nothing is charged until the user approves.
- Credits are charged **10 per creator for whom at least one email is found**. Handles where no email is found cost nothing, and so does the free check. Promotional credits cannot fund it.
- Emails come from Creatorland's third-party data provider, not from anything Creatorland members have shared with Creatorland.

## What to ask for

- The handles to look up, each with its platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). A pasted list, CSV, or spreadsheet all work. A profile URL is fine in place of a handle.
- If the platform is not clear for a handle, ask rather than guess.

## Run this workflow

1. Clean the list: normalize each entry to a platform plus handle, drop duplicates, and flag anything you cannot parse. Tell the user how many valid handles you have.
2. Run `get_creator_email` on the cleaned list **without** a confirmed credit amount. This is the free check. Show the result: how many handles already have an email on file, how many need a fresh lookup, and the maximum credit cost.
3. If the user is on Free, explain that retrieving emails requires Starter or Pro, and stop there. Do not imply the emails are available.
4. Present the maximum cost and ask for explicit approval. Remind the user they are only charged for creators whose email is actually found.
5. On approval, run `get_creator_email` again with the same list and the approved `confirmed_credit_amount`.
6. Report what was charged (`credits_charged`): 10 credits for each creator with an email found. Use `matched_username` and `matched_followers` to confirm each result is the right creator. Handles marked `not_funded` or `not_processed` were not charged; offer to run them again.

## Deliverable

A table with one row per handle: platform, handle, profile URL, email(s) (a creator and their manager or agency can both appear) or "not found", and status. Summarize the counts (found, not found, invalid) and the credits charged.

## If something is missing

- Not on Starter or Pro: deliver the free check result and the upgrade explanation only.
- No email found for a handle: mark it "not found" and move on. Do not guess an address or build one from a name or domain.
- Invalid or ambiguous handles: list them separately and ask the user to correct them rather than skipping silently.
- Never invent, infer, or pattern-match an email. Only report emails the tool returned.
